Josh is the driving force behind Projection Plumbing and sets the standard for how every job is delivered. As a licensed plumber and gas fitter, he’s built the business around one simple idea — do the job properly the first time and back it up.
With years of hands-on experience across residential and commercial work, Josh understands what customers actually care about: clear communication, reliable service, and no surprises.
He’s stepped off the tools to focus on leading the team, improving systems, and making sure every customer gets the same high level of service every time.
When Josh isn’t working, he’s busy keeping his two young kids entertained and making the most of family time on the weekends.
Josh started Projection Plumbing with one ute and a vision to build a plumbing company people genuinely wanted to deal with. These days he spends less time on the tools and more time helping build systems, improving customer experience, coaching the team and learning how to keep improving the business. He believes customers deserve better communication, better systems and a better plumbing experience than the industry stereotype.
Jon
Licensed Plumber & Gas Fitter
Jon is a licensed plumber and gas fitter who plays a key role in delivering safe, compliant work across both water and gas systems.
He’s confident across a wide range of plumbing services and brings a strong focus on doing things by the book, especially when it comes to gas and safety-critical work.

Gas is Jon’s thing. From Mrs Jones’ kitchen cooktop right through to larger commercial and industrial gas systems, Jon has worked across it all. Safe. Methodical. Solution focused. He enjoys solving technical problems and making things work the way they’re supposed to. If it runs on gas, chances are Jon has worked on something similar before.

Jason brings reliability and consistency to the team, handling day-to-day plumbing work with a focus on getting in, getting it done properly, and keeping things running smoothly.
As a licensed plumber, he’s experienced across maintenance, repairs, and general plumbing systems. When it comes to blocked drains, Jason has pretty much seen it all. Tree roots. Broken drains. “It’s been slow for years.” Mystery blockages nobody else could find. If water isn’t going where it should, Jason enjoys getting to the bottom of what’s actually happening and fixing it properly. Cameras, jetters, drainage problems and getting filthy chasing solutions underground is all part of the game.
Tyson

Tyson is one of the go-to tradesmen on the team, known for his attention to detail and ability to get the job sorted properly the first time.
As a licensed plumber and gas fitter, Tyson handles a wide range of work, with a strong focus on hot water systems, tapware, and general maintenance. He takes pride in leaving jobs clean, compliant, and built to last.
Customers appreciate Tyson for his straightforward approach and the confidence he brings to every job — no guesswork, just solid workmanship.
Outside of work, Tyson is currently renovating his home and enjoys spending time walking his two dogs.
Tyson is the bloke who enjoys the plumbing problems most people have simply learned to live with. The leaking tap. The hot water issue. The toilet that occasionally plays up. The pressure problem that’s “always been like that.” Tyson enjoys helping customers understand what’s happening and finding solutions that actually solve the problem rather than patching over it.
Rhys
Apprentice Plumber
Rhys is a second-year apprentice learning the trade the right way from the ground up.
Working alongside experienced tradesmen, he’s developing his skills across all areas of plumbing, from installations to maintenance work. He brings a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and backs the team wherever needed.
Rhys is part of the long-term vision of the business — building a team that’s trained properly and ready to deliver the same high standard into the future.
Outside of work, Rhys is the young gun of the team who enjoys spending time with his mates and making the most of his weekends.
Every good tradesperson starts somewhere. Rhys is learning from the entire team and building experience across drainage, maintenance, gas fitting, hot water systems and general plumbing. He’s building strong habits, learning to do things properly and putting the work in to build a long career in the industry.
