People turned up... read more on Monday arvo to diagnose the issue. They would have fixed it there and then (even as it was about an 2hr job and already after hours). That didn’t suit me and they came back a few days later at a time of my choice and did the work. Once done they executed thorough tests to ensure all works and didn’t impact anything else. Very happy!

I’ve only been living in the house for 18 months . If they hadn’t checked the hoses in my bathrooms, I would’ve been in an awful mess and up for a lot more cost. They were professional courteous.
