Wish I’d called Projection first. My call was picked up promptly (at 7:30am!) by the delightfully welcoming Jess who answered all my needy questions, promising a plumber callback for more technical enquiries. Tyson called within an hour, then arrived at the property shortly after, joined by Rhys. The old system was assessed, my needs understood, recommendations made, pro’s & con’s detailed, and options clearly quoted on the spot. An acceptance click on the iPad and the deal was done. A few hours later Jason and Lochie arrived with a new Envirosun 330 litre Heat Pump, installed it so neatly avoiding any ocd twitch, stepped through system operation, took away the old monster, and left the site spotless. A hot shower that evening was heavenly. Dan the electrician arrived early the following morning to finalise some required power modifications. I’m saving a heap on power with this newer technology. I’m a ‘high maintenance’ customer with nothing but praise and gratitude for the Projection Plumbing team.

With heavy abnormal May 2026 rainfall in SE Qld, plumbers were VERY busy. In my 5th attempt to find one who could urgently inspect blocked drains inhibiting sewerage release... read more at our home, Larissa at Projection Plumbing was able to find a cancellation space the following morning where at 7.00 am plumbers Jason & Reece arrived & listened to yesterday's drainage ongoing crisis & our history of blocked pipes occurring BEYOND our house-site. The young plumbers focused on the blocked drainage &, properly equipped with the camera gear to push down the sewerage pipe confirming a repeat of roots blocking the flow from outside our property boundary, & they took the necessary photograpic proof of the cause of this blockage. I paid for the inspection only & contacted Unity Water, the urban utility responsible for this part of the sewerage network. In just under 3 hours their team arrived & their camera confirmed the Projection Plumbing findings, & they used their additional equipment to clear the roots growing into the old clay piping. By the time the Unity Water team were leaving, Larissa had emailed me the report, invoice & confirmation of my $242.28 payment for the inspection required before Unity Water would make their own inspection. I was able to copy that email to Unity Water with my request for reimbursement - all done by just around noon. I cannot compliment Larissa, Jason and Reece enough for their friendly, professional & extraordinary timeliness of their service, which is essential when your blocked sewerage is backing up into your toilet & laundry. Jon came and inspected everything reviewed my basin choice and provided a quote for diagnosis of the tapware/toilet and installation of the new vanity. I had Jon and Rhys attend last Thursday.
